Abstract
Ultrasonography has become the preferred noninvasive diagnostic imaging modality that enables early confirmationof gestational trophoblastic disease. Twin pregnancy with partial hydatidiform mole and coexisting fetuses was lived at a later
gestational
age, and had higher preevacuation beta-hCG levels. When disease is not metastatic, chemotherapy is started for a rising or persistantly elevated beta-hCG level. The common complications of hydatidiform mole, hemorrhage and infection, decreased in
incidence recently due to early diagnosis and evacuation of hydatidiform molar tissue.
We recently experienced one case of advanced twin pregnancy with partial hydatidiform mole and coexisting fetuses.
